The Phoenix Market is still on FIRE with values continuing to rise! Inventory did increase a bit but is still under 3 months of inventory, which means it is still a strong sellers market.
In the past 30 days there have been 10,247 new listings and 8,728 sold listings. Which means things in the market are moving and moving fast!
The average days it's currently taking for a home to sell is 74 days which is slightly less then last month, with the average home selling at 97.5% of asking price, and 72% of all houses receiving multiple offers.
The average sales price is just over $292 thousand which is just under 3 thousand higher then last month.
Now is a great time to sell, with an abundance of available buyers and lack of inventory on the market
